Introduction

Directed by Nicolas Wittner, it is part of the Pueri Cantores, the French Federation of Little Singers.

Following the years of pre-choir training, the young choristers join the group of choir members where they will continue their vocal development through more demanding musical instruction. Thus, prestigious concerts, auditions, and tours will enhance the young choir member's academic year.

Each year, more and more students attend this personalized, demanding, and comprehensive musical training program, which includes sacred and secular repertoire, vocal and instrumental technique workshops, section and tutti work, sight-reading, and musical training.

Over the course of these six years, the students discover a repertoire of exceptional breadth.

Baroque, with Bach cantatas and Charpentier's Midnight Mass; Renaissance motets with Palestrina, Byrd, and Allegri; Romantic works with Camille Saint-Saens' Christmas Oratorio; contemporary works with Coralie Fayolle's opera Le Roman de Renart, as well as works by the English composers Rutter and Stoppford.

The choir regularly records albums with renowned ensembles. It participates annually in concerts in France and abroad, such as in Saint Albans, where it had the privilege of replacing the prestigious English Choir to perform an Evensong, a fully sung mass.

Our Men's Voices

The men's choir, made up of former choir members, but also supported by experienced singers, allows the choir to tackle a broader repertoire.

The choir school offers singers a sight-reading course as well as a weekly tutti rehearsal to better prepare them for the program.
